Coleen first joined Herbert Mines Associates in 1999 in a Marketing and Business Development role and soon thereafter was named a Principal shifting her focus exclusively to executive search.

In 2001, she founded an independent executive search business and for ten years worked with retained search firms as well as with retail, wholesale and consumer goods companies assisting with their executive search needs.

Coleen rejoined Herbert Mines Associates in 2011 and was named Vice President.

A graduate of Marist College, Coleen earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration.


Coleen is responsible for placing senior level executives in a broad range of assignments in the, retail, hospitality, and consumer goods industries. Her search work includes Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Experience Officer, and Chief Information Officer, in addition to functional leaders of digital/ ecommerce, merchandising, marketing, information technology and real estate. Coleen’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, private/family-owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.
