Background

Upon graduation from Connecticut College, Meg joined the Macy’s executive training program, rising through the ranks with increasing roles of responsibility. In 1990, she founded a custom-fit swimwear retail business using cutting-edge technology to assist clients in visualizing fabrics, styles and customizations. Her industry expertise in both department store retail and in this entrepreneurial venture caught the eye of Korn/Ferry International who recruited her to work in their growing retail practice.

Meg originally joined Herbert Mines Associates in 2005, spending three years as a Senior Associate. After several years leading a new entrepreneurial venture, Meg rejoined the firm in early 2013, providing industry knowledge and recruiting expertise to her clients.

Meg lives in Connecticut with her husband and their three sons.

Meg focuses her executive search practice on c-level functional leaders and senior general managers for clients across the retail, wholesale, consumer products, and hospitality sectors. She has extensive experience working with publicly traded, private equity, venture capital-backed, and founder-owned brands to recruit executives for critical leadership positions.
