Herbert Mines Associates is thrilled to announce the promotion of Lily Rollins to Director, Knowledge Management. Lily will take on leadership of Knowledge Management, which provides research support to the executive team at all stages of the search execution process as well as developing a content rich knowledge framework that enables the firm to be as competitive as possible in the marketplace. In addition to her new leadership role, Lily will continue to provide strategic business development support, creating and overseeing the firm’s marketing strategy and supporting the firm’s search execution process.
