Creating welcoming, inspiring store experiences starts with great leaders — and we’re excited to welcome Mark Daley Johnson as At Home’s new Chief Stores Officer.

Mark joins At Home with extensive retail leadership experience and a strong track record of building customer-focused teams and high-performing store organizations. Known for his "mission first, people always" leadership style, Mark has spent his career creating environments where both customers and Team Members feel supported, empowered and inspired to thrive.

As Chief Stores Officer, Mark will lead our stores organization and help continue shaping an experience that reflects what customers love most about At Home — inspiring style, everyday value and stores that make discovering something new feel exciting and approachable.
