Cheryl re-joined the Herbert Mines Associates in 2006 as a Senior Associate after beginning her executive search career at HMA in 1996. Her executive search practice focuses on high-level search assignments in a broad range of functions in fashion, retail and consumer products. In addition to her role as a Senior Associate, Cheryl is the Director of Research for HMA.

From 1998 to 2006 Cheryl held various positions in executive search for two boutique firms specializing in retail and fashion. She was responsible for the placement of executives in merchandising and design. In addition, Cheryl’s role included database development, information technology, and she managed the research and administrative teams.

Prior to her career in executive search, Cheryl was the Director of Public Relations at North Shore Child and Family Guidance Center. She earned her degree in Speech Pathology from Hofstra University and currently resides with her family in Westchester.
