Tania Cross

At the executive search firm of Herbert Mines Associates Tania is responsible for executing assignments in a broad functional range within the retail, wholesale, e-commerce and consumer products categories, with particular expertise in the fashion and luxury segments.

Tania joined the executive search firm of Herbert Mines Associates in 2000 with generalist search experience, having worked with Muller & Associates and Skyron, boutique search firms focused on consumer services. Her earlier career was in Sales and Hospitality.

Tania was educated in her homeland, South Africa, and she currently resides in New York City.
