Jennifer Snapp

Jennifer joined Herbert Mines Associates in 2002, bringing with her 6 years of varied search experience. Jennifer began her executive search career with A.T. Kearney as an industry generalist. She joined TMP Worldwide where she played a key role in the start up and development of the interactive media practice with a continued focus on the media and entertainment industry.

At Herbert Mines Associates, Jennifer has placed senior level executives in a broad range of assignments in the fashion, retail, e-commerce, apparel, accessories, home, luxury, and consumer goods industries. She has placed senior level executives in a broad range of disciplines including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, in addition to functional leaders of merchandising, design, human resources, stores, supply chain, and marketing. Jennifer has executed searches with diverse clients that include Fortune 500 companies, private/family owned businesses, and private equity portfolio companies.

Jennifer began her career at the United Nations Association of the USA after earning a degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. She and her husband live in New York City.
