Heidi Rustin

Heidi Rustin became a Managing Director at Herbert Mines Associates in 2008. She joined HMA as a Principal in 2003 and was named Vice President in 2006. Her executive search practice is focused on the fashion, luxury and retail sectors with senior level placements in a broad range of disciplines including CEO's, Sales, Finance and Operations, Design, Creative Services, Marketing and Merchandising.

From 2001 to 2003, Heidi worked in executive search for a boutique firm specializing in fashion and retail. Before launching her career in executive search, Heidi spent 15 years in publishing and advertising, with a focus on luxury goods and fashion. In her last publishing role, she served as the Fashion and Beauty Manager for Condé Nast’s House & Garden Magazine. Heidi spent 12 years at Art & Auction Magazine as Advertising Director and Associate Publisher.

Heidi holds a BFA degree from San Diego State University where she studied Environmental Design and Art History. Originally from Connecticut, she resides in Westchester County with her husband and two daughters.
