Coleen Hollywood

Coleen has over a decade of senior level executive recruiting experience. She first joined Herbert Mines Associates in 1999 in a Marketing and Business Development role and soon thereafter was named a Principal shifting her focus exclusively to executive search.

In 2001, she founded her own business and for ten years worked successfully with retained search firms as well as retail, wholesale and consumer goods companies assisting with their executive search needs.

Coleen recently rejoined Herbert Mines Associates as a Consultant and participates in a variety of senior level search engagements.

Earlier in her career Coleen held senior level Sales and Marketing management roles with Ernst & Young and Xerox Corporation.

A graduate of Marist College, Coleen earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration. She continues to be involved with the college as a member of the Alumni Executive Committee. Coleen lives in Dutchess County, New York with her family.
