Alison Weil

Alison joined Herbert Mines Associates in 2007, and was promoted to Vice President in 2008. Alison came to HMA from Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a Principal in the firm’s Consumer, Chief Marketing Officer and Private Equity Practices.

During her eight years in search, Alison has conducted a diverse range of general management and functional searches within the consumer products, retail and luxury. Alison focuses much of her work on CEO, president, and senior-level marketing and sales searches,spanning corporate and private equity environments. She has particular expertise in beauty and personal care.

Prior to her executive recruiting career, Alison spent ten years as a marketing executive in the personal care industry, where she managed core businesses for leading global companies such as Revlon, L’Oreal, and Estee Lauder. Prior to business school, Alison was a marketing executive in the banking industry.

Alison received an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
